Project Overview
This is a complete second-hand biomass cogeneration plant, a mature and reliable used biomass power plant and used power plant solution tailored for industrial power generation and steam supply. The whole set of equipment consists of 2 sets of 75t/h circulating fluidized-bed biomass boilers paired with 2 sets of 15MW extraction turbo generator units, belonging to high-quality used thermal power plant and used cogeneration power plant equipment. Adopting clean biomass energy utilization technology, this plant belongs to typical used waste to energy power plant equipment, which efficiently utilizes agricultural & forest residues as fuel to realize environmentally friendly power and steam co-generation.
The entire power plant system was shut down and sealed in 2025 with complete power plant auxiliary equipment supporting operation. It has always received standardized regular on-site maintenance, and the high-low voltage equipment adopts professional energized preservation measures. All mechanical and electrical equipment is well-preserved without aging damage, supporting on-site inspection and subsequent power plant refurbishment and commissioning. This complete set of generating equipment includes mature steam turbine spare parts and complete auxiliary systems, which can be put into stable operation after simple debugging. It is an ideal relocatable biomass power plant and complete biomass power generation equipment resource, different from ordinary dismantled power plant equipment with incomplete accessories.
Main Equipment Configuration
75t/h Circulating Fluidized-bed Biomass Boiler (2 sets)
Matched professional used biomass boiler units, Model: HX75/9.81-Ⅳ2, with rated evaporation of 75 t/h, rated pressure of 9.81 MPa and rated temperature of 540 ℃, and the thermal efficiency is ≥90%. The boiler features excellent fuel tolerance, which can adapt to high-moisture and high-ash biomass raw materials, and is equipped with complete feeding, fluidization and dust-removal systems to ensure stable and efficient combustion.
Meanwhile, the boiler system is equipped with supporting reverse-osmosis water treatment system and high-pressure deaerator, cooperating with steam condenser and other auxiliary equipment to form a complete circulating system, which fully meets the long-term stable operation requirements of the small scale biomass power plant.
15MW Extraction Turbo-generator Set (2 sets)
The core power generation equipment adopts high-performance steam turbine and supporting used turbine generator units, forming a complete steam turbine generator set and complete turbine generator package.
Steam Turbine (Qingdao Jieneng): Model C15-8.83/0.981, rated power 15 MW, manufactured in 2018. It is a professional extraction steam turbine with stable operating performance, which can stably supply 10 t/h industrial steam under 0.981 MPa extraction pressure, with a rated speed of 3000 r/min. It can adapt to diverse operation scenarios and support both power generation and steam supply. In addition, we can provide multiple types of back pressure steam turbine and condensing steam turbine supporting equipment according to customer needs.
Generator (Jinan Power Equipment Factory): Model QFw-15-2, with parameters of 18750 kVA /15 MW, 10.5 kV, cosφ 0.8 lagging and 50 Hz. Equipped with complete excitation and cooling systems, it operates stably with low failure rate, which is high-quality used generator set supporting industrial biomass power generation.
Fuel System
The plant mainly uses eucalyptus scraps, forest and crop straw residues as conventional fuel, perfectly matching the operation characteristics of second hand biomass power station. The system is designed for 40% total-moisture biomass feedstock, with strong fuel adaptability and low operation cost. Equipped with WD-series biomass crushing unit with a processing capacity of 20-40 t/h, it can effectively crush biomass raw materials to meet the fuel size standard required for stable combustion of the unit, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the entire power plant system.
